Level Description

1. Curriculum

  • Level 1
  • -Students with minimal to no knowledge of Korean learn how to survive through basic everyday situations in Korea.
  • -Students learn basic pronunciation and structure of Korean language to acquire basic communicative skills.
  • -Topics: Greetings, self-introduction, ordering food, purchasing goods, phone calls, etc.
  • Level 2
  • -Students with basic proficiency in Korean are taught conversational skills including the vocabulary and expressions necessary for daily life.
  • -Students learn Korean culture and basic language skills for practical applications in terms of taking public transportation, and using a bank.
  • -Topics: Family, Transportation, Post office, Reservation, Hospital, etc.
  • Level 3
  • -Students learn various ways to use accurate expressions in accordance with conversational situations.
  • -Various kinds of texts are provided and students acquire Korean language skills through reading and writing activities
  • -Topics: Experience, hobbies, research, employment, advice, etc
  • Level 4
  • -Student have various tasks and activities in order to improve problem solving skills in a special situation.
  • -Students learn idiomatic expressions which Koreans use frequently.
  • -Topic: Personality, dream and reality, regret and mistake, accident, etc.

Classes for advanced learners may not be offered, and when they are not offered due to inadequate students, the tuition fee will be refunded 100%.
