3. Move-in

• -As soon as you receive a notification of acceptance, you have to pay the dormitory fees including deposit by the payment deadline.
• -You have to inform of your estimated move-in date and time to the person in charge as soon as you receive information about your room.
• -The dormitory administrator will give you information about dormitory and regulation. You are to read the regulation and place your signature.

4. Move-out

• -Please inform the dormitory assistant and office of your move-out date in advance.
• -Clean your room thoroughly and have it inspected by the dormitory assistant.
• -Your deposit will be refunded after the room inspection.
