1. Tuition Payment

• (1)New students must pay the tuition fee by the tuition fee payment deadline after they have been notified of their admission.
• (2)Tuition fees for the program is as follows:

• Section	Smart Short-term Korean Language and Culture Course
  Tuition (2 weeks)	KRW 1,000,000

※The amount of tuition is subject to change. In case of a tuition increase, students must make additional payment following the previous payments.

• (3)A course may be cancelled if the class does not reach the minimum number of students.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

• (1)Please visit the LEI homepage(https://lei.snu.ac.kr/klec) to apply for a refund.
  LOGIN → [My page] → [Courses I have taken] → [Course application records] → [REFUND]
• (2)You must enter your bank account information in order to receive the refund. (The bank account must be under your name.
• (3)The refund amount varies depending on the time of your request, as informed below.

  Before class begins	100% of tuition fee(application fee NOT included)
  After class begins	No refund

• (4)Refund amount will be deposited within 4 weeks from the time your refund application is received.

3. Deferrals

• If you do not attend class within the first day of the course, your registration will be automatically cancelled. 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.

4. Deregistration

• If you do not attend class within the first week of semester, your registration will be automatically cancelled. 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
